At Dune & Gully, we’re dedicated to providing swift and reliable shipping of our premium gear. Below is our shipping policy, designed to keep things simple and transparent.
Shipping from WA
We process and ship all orders from our warehouse in Western Australia. We ship daily, and most orders will be packed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your junk or spam folders if you haven’t received your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery times via Australia Post are as follows:

WA: 3-5 business days

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS: 4-7 business days

Please note that these times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on factors such as local conditions, peak periods, or unexpected delays. Handling Time
Our usual handling time is 1 business day, but during peak times such as sales, holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be a delay of 1-3 business days. We do our best to minimise delays, but please keep this in mind when ordering.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using Australia Post, with tracking numbers provided for your convenience. Shipping charges are included in the product price for standard shipping. We offer express shipping where available, but this is subject to availability through Australia Post.
Incorrect or Missing Address Details
It’s important to enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, you may attempt to redirect your parcel via the tracking number, but please note that redirection is not guaranteed.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will require a redelivery fee(between $30–$60, depending on the size and destination of the product). Uncollected or refused deliveries will also incur this fee.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 50 days of shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with Australia Post’s guidelines.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to our order processing, we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is dispatched. Please double-check your order details (product, size, colour, quantity) before completing your purchase.
International Orders
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us directly.
