Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at team@duneandgully.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Costs for return shipping will be at the customers expense.

Important: We cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from their packaging, assembled, or used. For items like our beach tents, please ensure they remain in their original packaging for returns.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.Non-returnable Items
